We shipped production AI for real operations before it was a headline
Waveo is an AI product studio in Irvine, California. We build AI agents, automation, computer vision, and digital twins for companies that need serious systems in production - not another chatbot bolted onto a landing page. Long before the current AI wave, our team was already delivering computer vision, machine learning, and digital-twin systems for demanding enterprise operations.
Waveo exists for one kind of client: operations-heavy businesses - in logistics, infrastructure, healthcare, and industry - that need an AI and engineering team without hiring one. We take an idea from discovery to a system running in production, in weeks, not years.
Outcomes from real programs, not slideware
Selected results from AI, computer-vision, and digital-twin systems our team has delivered for enterprise operations.
One team across the whole AI stack
Most AI shops stop at a prototype or wire together no-code tools that break the moment real data and real users show up. We build the entire path: discovery and product design, the AI itself - agents, automation, computer vision, LLM integration - and the digital twins and software it runs inside. Then we ship it with the evals, guardrails, and monitoring production actually requires.
That end-to-end range is why a single Waveo team can replace stitching five vendors together - and why our work holds up where downtime, bad data, or a wrong answer costs money. Explore it on our work.
Operators and engineers, not hype merchants
Alevtyna Mozolyuk
- Computer engineer turned operator - 20+ years across machinery, spare parts, and operations, now building AI and software for them.
- Co-founder and COO of a vertically integrated machinery & parts company - 15 offices, in-house manufacturing, a 7,000+ SKU catalog, #1 in the national business rating.
- BS & MS in Computer Science, both with honors. PMP-certified and a Bentley Accredited Developer on the iTwin platform - and teaches PMP.
Waveo is run by operators and engineers, not hype merchants. Co-founder and CEO Alevtyna Mozolyuk is a computer engineer who spent 15 years in machinery and spare parts - most of it as a co-founder and COO - building the software that ran the business. She's lived on both sides of the divide our clients live on: the warehouse floor and the codebase.
That operator's lens shapes how we work. We start from the business - where the money and the risk actually are - and only then choose the AI. It's the difference between a demo that impresses and a system your team trusts on a Monday morning.
We also build for ourselves. reParta is our own product - an operating system for used-auto-parts sellers, built on the same stack and the same discipline we bring to client work. Running a product in production keeps us honest about what it actually takes to ship one.
The signals behind the work
Recognition and training that back how we build.

AWS Solutions Architecture
Cloud-native AI and data systems designed to run reliably and scale - architected on AWS.

NN/g UX practice
Nielsen Norman Group-trained UX leadership - because AI only creates value when people actually use it.
Bentley iTwin Innovation Showcase
Bentley publishes our point-cloud AI work on its own iTwin Innovation Showcase - the platform vendor vouching for the work, not our own marketing.
Principles we don't bend on
Production, not demos
